Service is the logistics team’s number one priority–and our level of service is what sets us apart from every other event agency. It is key that our pre-planning team is also your on-site team as your program executes. All of our program leads are scheduled for your program dates, and we choose team members who we feel are a great representation of your brand and culture. While most of the team for your program is LEO staff, we at times select independent contractors for positions that best fit individual roles or events. But rest assured that while a small number of the team won’t be full-time staff members – never more than 15% – 20% of the staff roster for an event – these contractors are truly integral members of our extended family, often in positions where they regularly work for us the majority of the year or are perma-lancers with extended contracts with one of our companies. In the case of either staff member or contract labor, we can assure you that you are getting the right person in the correct position every time.
