LEO Events offers the support you need, both pre-event and on-site, to take on the responsibility of preparing and distributing your promotional and conference materials and amenities to the appropriate attendees/locations. For pre-event, LEO works with you to create, execute, and develop these materials. Our team of professionals includes seasoned art directors and writers ready to take on any print-production task necessary. As part of our on-site management, we set up a secure, keyed storage room to store all materials shipped to the meeting site. We also secure office space conveniently situated within the meeting venue. Here, our staff prepares and assembles any printed materials and amenities for distribution.
