How to get here
At the geographic center of the contiguous U.S., Memphis is conveniently located for groups to gather. The Memphis International Airport is less than 15 minutes from every major convention or meeting space in the area. With almost 100 flights in and out daily, the airport is serviced by Delta, Southwest, United, Frontier, Allegiant Air, and American Airlines. Memphis International Airport has unveiled a modernization plan which will yield larger gate areas, wider corridors and more natural light, seating, moving walkways, and amenities such as charging stations – as well a children’s play area, revamped lounges for military personnel, nursing mothers, and hospital patients and their families – resulting in a modern, convenient, state-of-the-art airport for passengers, airlines, concessionaires and other partners. Hotels
Memphis has room for everyone. There’s the historic Peabody Hotel, with 464 rooms and beautiful mezzanine ballroom space, the intimate and upscale River Inn at Harbor Town, and the large brand hotels such Marriott, Sheraton, and Hilton, each boasting thousands of square feet in event and meeting space – not to mention the newly opened and luxuriously appointed Guest House at Graceland, fit for The King. With a recent development boom in hotel offerings in the downtown market, guests can enjoy the newly reimagined Hu. Renasant Convention Center
With the debut of the $200M modernization of Memphis’ Renasant Convention Center, planners and groups will discover a meeting and event facility as unique as the city that surrounds it. The 118,000-SF exhibit hall is the largest in the region and features flexible space, natural light, and river views.
