NASHVILLE GRAND OPENING EVENT

To celebrate the grand opening of their first manufacturing plant in the US, an Australia-based electric vehicle charging station manufacturer, turned to LEO Events.

Feeling unimpressed and uninspired during the RFP process, and with just a few weeks before their scheduled event, they reached out to LEO to step in and take their opening to the next level. Thanks to our expertise, LEO created and executed a memorable celebration in just six weeks. Our relationship with local vendors was invaluable as we designed the event with an emphasis on community feel, welcoming media, politicians, and stakeholders in the Nashville area. In a true test of our planning and flexibility, LEO designed the event in a space that was under active renovation and only had 24 hours before the event to construct, decorate, and rehearse in the space. The client was thrilled with our work, and the opening was so successful that they became a continuing partner with LEO.
