Transcending into Chattanooga

A global flooring manufacturer chose Chattanooga as the destination for their first National Sales Meeting in over 15 years. Over 1,200 attendees from the United States and Canada gathered in the Scenic City to commemorate the year. Leaning on LEO Events to help grow their brand and kick-start the upcoming sales season, the company opted for a celebratory approach as a way to reflect on the previous year. LEO provided production services that included an opening session and full general session production, set design, and onsite content management. LEO also organized an offsite dinner for the sales team’s upper management and three themed dinner events at the Chattanooga Convention Center.

 The first of the three themed evening events was centered around the overall theme of the meeting: Transcend. This event featured a dynamic opening session, live entertainment, and a 1,200-person toast to get the meeting started. “Pop Art Glow Party” served as the theme for the second night with a light motion photo booth, live band karaoke, games like shuffleboard and corn hole, and glowing décor and swag for the attendees. The final evening, a “Winter Celebration,” incorporated metallic holiday décor, an energetic emcee and DJ that hosted game show-style competitions on stage, and a photo mosaic activation. 

For each themed evening event, LEO provided overall event concepts and design, talent management and production, décor, and interactive elements—such as photo booths and games. Additionally, LEO additionally managed transportation for the event, including all arrivals, departures, and shuttle service throughout the week.
