World-class yet welcoming, this grand opening reflected the polish and the promise of a gleaming new global automotive production in the Southeast. LEO brought the best of both worlds together.

Challenge

Because this plant’s presence could pave the way for additional automotive production in the Southeast, HP Pelzer (and LEO) had to get it right from day one. The grand opening had to reflect the company’s world-class stature while warmly welcoming guests from around the globe as well as invited officials from nearby Athens, Tennessee.

Solution

LEO successfully produced an internationally themed event for more than 120 customers and employees from around the world, with customized details like a branded blue-carpet entrance. A private, tented celebratory lunch with an international food menu, including live noodle-making and Southern food stations, whetted guests’ appetites to celebrate the occasion even more.
