BCBST POW CONFERENCE

The BCBST POW Conference is an annual diversity conference which was held for the first time virtually in October 2020. It resulted in a 2-day virtual event with approximately 500 invitees. In order to stay true to the Blue Cross Blue Shield commitment and be a more inclusive space for all, the platform needed to feature a speaker directory, attendee directory with a 1-on-1 chat feature, social stream, custom agenda, and networking rooms. To produce an event with a monumental shift in activations, LEO Events managed:
